Immersive AV are delighted to announce the appointment of Lyle Hastie as Business Relationship Director. Lyle brings an armoury of knowledge and experience helping agency clients create engaging and meaningful experiences for the brands they represent.
Lyle has extensive experience in the event technology sector, having held similar roles with numerous creative agencies and technology specialists. Lyle’s forte is the integration of physical and digital technologies, creating an experience which exceeds the expectations of brands and the customers they wish to engage.
Discussing Lyle’s appointment and his role at Immersive AV, CEO Sharon Reynolds said: “We are delighted to welcome Lyle to the IAV team. Lyle is equally excited about the journey ahead: “The opportunity to join Immersive AV was one I leapt at. I’ve worked in digital and live events for over 10 years, during this time I’ve been able to work with some of the most exciting global brands on the planet including, Johnson & Johnson, TikTok and Google. Immersive AV is at the forefront of reshaping and growing our industry. Their in house expertise and products are second to none, this was a massive attraction to joining the business. I’ve been lucky to work with current members of the Immersive team in previous roles and I’m really looking forward to getting going!”
Asked about his life outside of work, Lyle delivered some unexpected answers: “As a former professional golfer, I still enjoy chasing a ball around the course as often as I can, albeit without the pressure now. I love to watch American sports and have an unhealthy addiction to acquiring the latest tech and gadgets. Like most people, I love great food and have started to take a greater interest in cooking, which is actually a brilliant way to unwind. I have three year’s experience of self-taught Spanish language, was once at university level French—but am still the most comfortable and fluent in Glaswegian.”
